The Kurdistan Teachers’ Union Expresses Its Support for Western Kurdistan

The President of the Kurdistan Teachers’ Union, during a telephone conversation with Ms. Nasrin, Head of Communications of the Teachers’ Union of Northern and Eastern Syria, reaffirmed the Union’s support and solidarity with the Kurds of Western Kurdistan.

In his message, the President of the Kurdistan Teachers’ Union stated that all teachers in the Kurdistan Region stand in full support of Rojava, and that everyone stands united and speaks with one voice in the face of the terrorist attacks being carried out against the cities and villages of Western Kurdistan.

For her part, Ms. Nasrin expressed her gratitude to the people of Kurdistan and to the teachers, and praised the unity and solidarity shown by Kurds from all parts of Kurdistan in response to the unjust attacks targeting Rojava.
